Bounce House Safety — Watch Before Your Party

A quick visual guide to preparing your yard, providing power, and keeping kids safe.

Bounce House Safety: Power, Lawn Prep & Supervision

Scene 1: Clear the Area. Remove all debris, sticks, rocks, and toys from the setup zone. Before we arrive, parents should walk the lawn area where the bounce house will be placed. Remove sticks, rocks, pinecones, toys, garden hoses, and any sharp objects. A clean surface keeps the inflatable safe and prevents punctures. Scene 2: Check for Pet Waste. Parents are responsible for removing all pet waste and feces. Pet waste, feces, and animal debris must be removed by the customer before setup. This is a health and safety requirement. Please inspect the entire area including hidden spots in tall grass. 901PARTIES will not set up an inflatable on a contaminated surface. Scene 3: Provide Power. The client must provide a dedicated 110V outlet within 100 feet. The client must provide a working, dedicated electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Our bounce house blowers require a standard 110V outlet. Do not daisy-chain extension cords or overload the circuit. If the outlet is farther than 100 feet, please let us know in advance so we can bring a generator (additional fee applies). Scene 4: Supervise & Enjoy. An adult must always supervise children while the bounce house is in use. Always have a responsible adult supervising the bounce house. Follow the posted safety rules: no rough play, no flips, no food or drinks inside, remove shoes and glasses, and separate children by age and size. Our attendant helps manage safety, but parents remain responsible for their children's behavior.
