Agreement between 901parties Mechanical Bull Rental Special and Client

This agreement is entered into on the date of booking between 901parties Mechanical Bull Rental Special (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the Client named in the booking form (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). The purpose of this agreement is to outline the conditions for rental and the deposit requirements associated with the rental of a mechanical bull.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Deposit Requirement
   In addition to the agreed booking rate, the Client agrees to pay a conditional $100 refundable cash app deposit upon arrival with the mechanical bull rental. This deposit is required to ensure the Client’s assistance with the unloading, setup, breakdown, and loading of all mechanical bull components.

2. Client Responsibilities
   The Client agrees to provide 2 persons for:

   • Unloading and Setting Up the mechanical bull equipment at the event location.
   • Breaking Down and Loading the equipment once the event concludes.

3. Refund of Deposit
   The refundable deposit will be distributed as follows:

   • $75 refunded after Unloading and Setup: The Client will receive $75 back upon completion of unloading and setting up the equipment.
   • $75  refunded after Breakdown and Loading: The remaining $75 will be refunded immediately after the breakdown and loading of the equipment at the conclusion of the rental period.

4. Conditions for Deposit Refund
   To qualify for the deposit refund, the Client’s assistance must be provided as required and must reasonably meet Provider’s standards to ensure the safe handling of the equipment. The refund may be partially or fully withheld if:

   • The Client fails to provide assistance as specified.
   • Any damage occurs to the equipment due to lack of proper assistance.

5. Liability
   The Client agrees to hold Provider harmless from any injuries, damages, or claims that arise during the unloading, setup, breakdown, or loading of the mechanical bull equipment.

6. Agreement Termination
   This agreement will automatically terminate after the event and upon the refund of the deposit, assuming all terms and conditions have been satisfied.

7. Governing Law
   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held.

CLIENT TO PROVIDE ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between 901parties Mechanical Bull Rental Special ("Provider") and the undersigned Client ("Client") for the rental of a mechanical bull and related services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Table Requirement for Display Materials

   • Client agrees to provide a minimum 4-foot table with table cloth at the event location.
   • This table will be used exclusively by Provider to display complimentary information, signage, and samples from small businesses.

2. Table Placement

   • The Client agrees to position the table in a visible, accessible location close to the mechanical bull setup area, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Display Content

   • The table will contain promotional materials, informational displays, and samples that represent local small businesses or other promotional materials provided by the Provider.
   • Provider is responsible for setting up and organizing the display content in a manner that is safe and in compliance with venue regulations.

4. No Additional Cost

   • This requirement is provided at no additional cost to the Client. This setup offers added value by featuring local businesses and enhancing the overall event experience.

5. Acknowledgment

   • By signing below, Client agrees to provide a table as specified above for the purpose of displaying promotional materials.
